Choir
One NJC Choir is a unified ensemble that brings together students from all six levels of NJC, maintaining the College's fine tradition of choral excellence established in 1969. We provide passionate students with opportunities to develop their knowledge and proficiency in choral performance through progressive and rigorous training programmes with our expert conductor. Our aim is to nurture members' deep passion for choral singing whilst cultivating strong character and mental strength. Through these efforts, we enable our members to attain world-class standards and bring honour to both the College and country.
Students have numerous opportunities to display their talents and skills through performances within and outside the College at national and international levels. We also provide meaningful leadership and character-building opportunities through student-directed initiatives that are both engaging and impactful. One NJC Choir builds strong relationships with all stakeholders—our conductor, teachers, students, alumni, and the community—through collaborative interaction and shared efforts. This holistic approach develops well-rounded individuals whilst upholding our legacy of excellence.
