The NJC Shooting Club aims to develop all members into leaders who demonstrate passion and creativity in their marksmanship. We also strive to empower every individual to achieve their personal best, while rooted in the core values of integrity and tenacity. Our athletes are sports people who constantly adapt themselves and treat challenges as stepping stones. Through peer sharing, designing club activities and camps to meet these developmental needs, we grow faster, stronger, and higher together.
Our mission is to develop athletes into passionate and creative leaders capable of finding innovative solutions, and disciplined sharp shooters, who remained composed under pressure. In a world where change is the only constant, we learn to adapt and overcome through camaraderie and alignment of our sights.
