Admission to Local Universities

Admission to local Autonomous Universities (AUs) is determined by discipline-specific prerequisites and the University Admission Score (UAS).

The UAS is computed based on performance in three H2 subjects and H1 General Paper (GP).

• Performance in the fourth H1 or H2 content-based subject and H1 Mother Tongue Language (MTL) may be included in the UAS if it improves the score.

• If a student reads four H2 subjects, the lowest performing H2 subject will be computed as a H1 subject.

A Pass in Project Work is required for admission to local AUs.
